Computer Aided Design and Simulation

This program will introduce students to the exciting world of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Simulation through our fun and gamified learning experience. This fundamental course is designed for middle school students to explore the basics of CAD, including creating and modifying shapes, applying transformations, changes in material/design and running simulations to see their designs come to life. Through interactive challenges, design quests, and game-based activities, students will engage in hands-on problem-solving while developing essential spatial reasoning and engineering thinking skills. Whether they are designing virtual models or testing real-world applications, this program makes learning CAD exciting. No prior experience neededjust a willingness to play, create, and innovate. Students will need to bring their computers to this class.
