Culture & Cooking

In this hands-on Cooking & Culture class, students will explore foods from different countries and discover what other students their age eat across the globe. Each week, campers will dive into a new cuisine, learning about its history, ingredients, and traditions before cooking up a delicious dish. Students will develop kitchen skills, try new flavors, and gain a deeper appreciation for different cultures! Each student will design their own dishes and add them to a personal recipe book to take home at the end of the week. No prior cooking experience is needed, just curiosity and a love of food.
