Classes will not repeat during the day between AM and PM sessions. While concepts may stay the same, themes and activities will differ.
For Summer Camp, yes. Each student can be enrolled at any site.
No, we do not provide transportation between sites. You can choose different sites during the day as long as you provide transportation.
Yes, Castro Valley Unified School District provides lunch and snacks. Students may also bring their own lunch and snacks. These will be kept indoors with their backpacks. Please make sure to update Enrollsy for any allergies your student has.
Students will receive one t-shirt upon enrollment for the summer.
PlayCV will be closed on June 19th, 2024 as it is a Federal holiday.
Yes, but if your family is eligible for Expanded Learning Opportunities Program funding (for Castro Valley, a District Waiver), they must attend a camp in their home district.

A full day camp with extended care runs from 8:30 AM to 4 PM or with the extended option 5:30 PM. A student can enroll in the morning session and / or afternoon session and / or extended care. The breakdown is as follows:
All students should bring a backpack with a water bottle, sunscreen (to administer themselves), lunch and snacks (if they want their own lunch instead of district provided lunch and snacks). For sessions that require a laptop and/or headphones, students will need to bring their district issued Chromebook and headphones.
We are at five sites this summer: Creekside Middle School, Independent Elementary School, Stanton Elementary School, Castro Valley Elementary and Chabot Elementary School.
